In this the child may not able to give attention and his activity goes hyper leads to this disorder.

Child unable to concentrate thus lack of attention, unable to sit still, unable to wait for his turn , disobey instructions which affects his 🏫 school and work also.
ADHD begins with childhood and can persist into teenage or up-to adult.

Causes of ADHD :

Still several research are going to find out the cause of ADHD,  it may be caused by :

  • Infraction between genes
  • Environmental factors
  • Non genetic factors

Medicine or Natural food

For health Medine or natural diet..... or

  • For health and healthy life which one you choose chemically processed medicine or natural diet?
  • Life is a precious gift of nature ,which don't have any other alternate. So it's our responsibility to keep it safe.In natural way with natural diet. Because our body is natural so it require natural diet.  It doesn't require any artificial or chemical diet,  because it is not acceptable for our body.
As nature has also decided all living animals into two groups based upon their diet habbit.
As Carnivorous and herbivores and designed their digestive system accordingly.
The 🌿 herbivores are those who eat natural or herbal things in their diet.

😱 Omnivores ars those who eat non vegetarian food as diet or simply called as meat eater.

The jaws and teeth structure is designed according by nature as follows
The Jaw structure of herbivores

Hores are symbolised as the energy, power and strength , it resembles the musulanity of man and the Mechine engine is also evaluated it's capacity as horse power not lion power.
Knowingly we do certain mistakes which we continues with it further as a result we started compromising with our health.
When health issue occurs then with the advise if Dr,  or Healt professionals instead of food we have to eat medicines..
And medicines are made up of artificial chemical compounds which mimic To the natural chemicals.

Medicine and life

Medicine can't save your life .....

Dear readers,
I know most of you will not agree with me.  And you are right as per your point of view,  but what I have  quoted above is a fact and you have to be agree with me.
  • Do medicines  save life?
No, not at all. Medicines can't save the  life, but it supports life and may extend the survival time  of life.
If medicine could have the potency to save life then the life span of human beings could be more.

  • Then, why people consume medicine, during life threat if they suffer from sever illness?
No one wants to die, and to extend his survival of life people consumes medicine as per the advise or suggestion given to them by their health care professionals.

google.com, pub-8422222620543172, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0
But the question arises if any particular medicine is advised to a patient which give relief and extend his chance of survival then the same medicine may not be safe for the other and may be fatal for next one.
google.com, pub-8422222620543172, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0
There are number of  medicines available for a single illness, so which one is safe ?

For stroke there is not a particular medicine which can be claimed that this particular medicine is made only for the treatment of stroke and if it is so then the people dying due to stoke their life can be saved.

Stroke is a life threatening issue but even for Indigestion or constipation  there are number of medicines available but few drugs gives relief to some people and few drugs may raise more comlications to the sufferer.

Further more a diabetic patient though he takes medicines regularly on time as per the advise given by his doctor without any gap will lost his life because of diabetic complications.
google.com, pub-8422222620543172, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0
This concludes that a medicine prepared for diabetes will not cure diabetes. Only this medicine will gives a symphonic relief and subsides the current complication and may extend his survival only and he may die because of diabetic complications.

Similarly a person who is suffering from cardiac disease, and taking medicines regularly with the advice  of his doctor may lost his life due to cardiac arrest.

So how people generally thinks that medicines can save life.
Kindly send your feedback regarding my view.

Neuromuscular Disorder

                   Neuromuscular disorders

Dear readers,
Neuromuscular disorder is now very common in society which not only affects the life of sufferer but it Makes you dependant on some one, to support you for your daily routine activities.

So,  let us know
  "What is neuromuscular disorder? "

Nerve Cells are the communication medium between body and muscle,  and the movement of the muscles are deeply and directly related with the communication sent by nerves.

When the neurons become unhealthy, weak or die, communication between the nervous system and muscles breaks and this leads to muscular atrophy

Neuromuscular disorders affect the nerves that control voluntary muscles and the nerves that communicate sensory information back to the brain.

These disorders result in muscle weakness and fatigue that progress oaver a period of time.
Some neuromuscular disorders symptoms begins in infantcy, while some may appear in child or adulthood.

Symptoms. of neuromuscular disorder will depends on the area of the body that are affected.

Common symptoms of tneuromuscular disorders are as follows :

  • Muscular pain
  • Muscle weakness can leads to twitching
  • Muscle cramps
  • Muccular aches
  • Muscle loss
  • Movement issues
  • Balance Problems
  • Numbness
  • Tingling and painful sensations
  • Droopy eyelid
  • Double vision
  • Trouble in  swallowing
  • Trouble in breathing
Types of Neuromuscular disorders

As the nerve cells transmission trapped in any area or part of the body that system started malfunctioning and that particular area is afected by neuromuscular disorder so based upon the affected areas neuromuscular disorder includes :

  1. Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)

  • It is also Known as "Lou Gehrig's Diseases  " after the baseball payer who was diagnosed in 1930;s, who dies from this diseases
  • It is a fatal type of motor neuron disease.
  • It causes progressive degenation of nerve cells in the spinal cord and brain
  • ALS is one of the most devastating disorders that affects the function of nerves and muscles
  • ALS does not affect the senses (seeing or hearing ) and mental functioning and it is not contagious.
ALS Types
There are two types of ALS:
  • Sporadic: It is most common form of  Als in U.S..This occurs randomly, without any known cause and there is no family history of Als
  • Familial:It is an inherent form of ALS , which affects a small amount of people. It is hereditary form of ALS

Cause : Unknown

Symptoms of ALS
At initial stage patient may first feel weakness in limb that develops over a matter of days ,weeks and moth  weakness develops in another limb.
some times in initial problem may be reported as slurred speech or trouble swallowing.
with the progression of ALS more and more symptoms are noticed such as :
  • Twitching of muscles in hand and feet
  • Muscle cramps
  • Dropping things Uncontrollable periods of laughing or crying
  • Slurred or thick speech and trouble in voice projection

Disease Progress, symptoms may be included as
  • Trouble  Breathing
  • Trouble swallowing
  • Paralysis

2. Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease( CMT)

  • CMT is the common type of nerve disease
  •  It is considered as perpheral neuropathy
  • It causes abnormalities in the nerves that supply your feet, hands, and arms
  • It affects both motor and sensory nerves
  • This didease in named after 3 doctors, who first described the disease in 1896.
Cause of CMT

CMT always caused by gene problrm inhrited from one or both parents

Symptoms of  CMT
  • The symptoms are are not specific may vary from person to person.
  • Usually start in feet and legs and over time the disease may also affect hands and arms
  • Symptoms usually appears in teens and young adults

Some common symptoms includes as

  • Weakness of foot and leg muscles
  • Foot deformities (hammer toes)
  • Foot drop ,difficulty in lifting foot
  • Muscle loss around hands and feet
  • Numbness
  •  tingling and burning sensation in hands and feet
  • discomfort
  • pain in hand and feet

  3.  Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

MS is a chronic diseases of the Central Nervous System , It is an autoimmune disorder. It is an unpredictable disease that affects people differently

4. Muscular Dystrophy

As the disease itself is self explanatory that this disorder is related with progress loss of muscle mass and consistent loss of muscle strength.

The most common form is Duchenne muscular dystrophy. It typically affects young boys.

Cause : The cause of MS is genetic.

5. Myasthenia gravis (MG) :-

MG refers to the weakness in skeletal muscles, when the communication between nerve cells and muscles of body impaired Myasthenia gravis occurs.

Symptoms:

Major symptoms is weakness of volunteery Skeletal muscles, but other symptoms are as follows

  • Trouble talking.
  • Problem in 🚶 walking up stairs.
  • Problem in lifting objects.
  • Facial paralysis .

  • Fatigue.
  • Horse voice .
  • Dropping of eyes.
  • Double vision.
Cause : It is assigned as autoimmune disorder , but the exact cause of this autoimmune disorder is unclear To scientists also.
But according to the Muscular dystrophy association one theory is that certain viral or bacterial proteins may prompt the body to attack acetylcholine.

6.Myositis

It is neuromuscular disorder in which pupil of eye contacts.

It can bebrought about by a spasm of the sphincter muscle or by the effect of mioyic drugs,  or in Certain spinal diseases or any stimulationyof the parasypathaic supplyyto the eye.

Real facts of life

"  What is Facts of life "
The topic is very is much interesting , as everyone in this living world struggles for their survival, and every living person having their own issues, challenges, hurdles , which the particular person thinks that I am the only one who is facing it.

Life itself is a big challenge and here survival is an opportunity. In life every one only wants success, money and wealthy life, and every one admire and follows a strong punch line that " I don't lie and I hate the person who tells a lie " and furthermore every one always justify that he is right and other person is wrong. The people prior to going to grave trying to prove himself always right.
Living in the society is filled with the people who always admire winners, the person having some administrative  authority and the person having wealth.

Actually we don't know the facts and importance of life and always to justify and prove yourself right and correct doing what ever one can do for proving himself, as this world only bow-down to only winner. Every one wants his appraisals , and don't likes his criticism.
So ,what is the fact of life ? If every one is correct, and never ever tell a lie, then why people hates to other person?

Why Everyone after certain period of time wants peace and prosperity, why there is health issues occurs?
he answer of " The fact of life" is well explained by ' Lord Krishna ' 5000 years ago to the great warrior Arjuna during the fight of Mahabharata.
So according to Lord Krishna" The fact of life is to work and work is worship"
The fact of life is also mentioned in Rigved and timely all saints repeatedly said to their followers that "the ultimate destination of life is death " and nobody can utter it.
Everyone who is alive will have to die, and during his journey of life one has to face all the things, problems, huddles, emotions, eagerness, love, ego, relation and so many things.

  •  what is important in life?
  • Is money is important  ?
  • Relationship is important?
  • Knowledge is important?
  • Power is important?
  • Time is  important?
  • Health is important?
                                                    or

  • Mentioned above all are important?
Yes every this is important because education gives knowledge and knowledge makes you aware to decide what is right or wrong.
But some thing which is right for some one may be wrong for other one, this may be decided upon the then situation.

Knowledge gives wisdom and wisdom gives strength and healthy body empowers a person to work properly and proper work will bring money and money is the power and helps to maintain healthy relationship and the most important among all is time because every lost thing you may regain but lost time can't be regained.

The fact of life is to proper utilisation of time is the key solution of success and as it is fact that "Time and Tides waits for none"
If one invest on time he may get returns.

As 24 hours is made for every one so how much time you utilises for productive work ,matters and it is the key for success. The more time one invest for which activity will ripe the same for an example if you invest more time for health maintenance and give more time for building health then one will became more healthy and bring more wealth in his life and if one invest more time on gaining knowledge will became wise, and if one invest more time only to relax his body then he will bring more issues in life

So here one important thing is to proper investment of time gives desired result,  because night is to sleep but what we doing we awakes up-to late night and as day time is for working and to bring productivity , but we try to get relax in day time and importantly the early morning time is meant for cleanup our body and get outside to empower the body and we didn't follow the rules of nature and as a result facing lot of problems in life

So, the fact of life is to follow the rules of  nature and our body is very friendly to nature Thus don't let our body distract from nature

Anxiety

  • A= lack of Alertness
  • N= Negative feeling
  • X= loss of eXietment
  • I= no Interest in life
  • E= End
  • T= Threat of life
  • Y= worrY in life
The word anxiety itself is a heavy word, though it's not a disease but not less a disease. It's a garden or nursary of diseases, it is a disorder.

Anxiety disorders are often severe chronic conditions, which can be present from an early age or begin suddenly after a triggering event.
They are prone to flare up at times of high stress and are frequently accompanied by physiological symptoms such as:Headache
  • Sweating
  • Muscle spasms
  • Tachycardia
  • Palpitations
  • Hypertension
  • Fatigue.
In casual discourse the words "anxiety" and "fear" are often used interchangeably, but in clinical usage, they have distinct meanings:

"anxiety" is defined as an unpleasant emotional state for which the cause is either not readily identified or perceived to be uncontrollable or unavoidable, whereas "fear" is an emotional and physiological response to a recognized external threat.

Anxiety is directly related with our daily activity and lifestyle. Anxiety is an emotional feeling  and it is a group of mental disorders in which a person have a feeling of unesiness and
worry.

Anxiety can be either a short-term "state" or a long-term "trait."

Anxiety disorders often occur with other mental health disorders, such as:
  • Major depressive disorder
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Eating disorders
  •  Certain personality disorders.
  • Sexual dysfunction often accompanies with anxiety disorders.

Although it is difficult to determine whether anxiety causes the sexual dysfunction or whether they arise from a common cause.

The most common manifestations in individuals with anxiety disorder are avoidance of intercourse, premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction among men and pain during intercourse among women.

Cause of Anxiety disorder :-

Genetic and environment factors are the major root cause of Anxiety disorders. But social and economic situation are also the cause of Anxiety disorders.

 Types of Anxiety Disorders:
It is classifed as follows based upon the characteristics :

  1.  Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
  2. Specific Phobia
  3. panic Disorder.
  4. Agoraphobia
  5. Social Anxiety Disorder
  6. Post-traumatic Stress Disorder
  7. sepearation anxiety disorder
  8. situational anxiety
  9. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
  10. Selective Mutation Symptoms                                                                              General symptoms:
  • Panic
  •  Fear and uneasiness
  •  Sleep problems
  • Not being able to stay calm and still
  • Cold
  •  Ssweaty
  •  Numbnesd
  • Loss of appetite
  • Weight gain
  •  ingling hands or feet
  •  Shortness of breath
  • Heart palpitations
  • Dry mouth
  •  Nausea
  • Tense muscles
  •  Dizziness.
The disorders can run in families and could be linked to faulty circuits in the brain that control fear and other emotions.

Mechanism of Anxirty
 Biological mechanism
GABA, a neurotransmitter that reduces activity in the central nervous system, contribute to anxiety.
Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)
Are the drugs which considered as a first line treatment for anxiety disorders.

Amygdala

The amygdala is central to the processing of fear and anxiety, and its function may be disrupted in anxiety disorders.
Sensory information enters the amygdala through the nuclei of the basolateral complex (consisting of lateral, basal, and accessory basal nuclei).
The basolateral complex processes sensory-related fear memories and communicates their threat importance to memory and sensory .
processing elsewhere in the brain, such as the medial prefrontal cortex and sensory cortices.
Another important area is the adjacent central nucleus of the amygdala, which controls species-specific fear responses, via connections to the brainstem, hypothalamus, and cerebellum areas.

The amygdala areas have decreased connectivity with the insula and cingulate areas that control general stimulus salience, while having greater connectivity with the parietal cortex and prefrontal cortex circuits that underlie executive functions.
The dysfunctional amygdala processing to anxiety.

The diagnosis of anxiety

The diagnosis of anxiety disorders is difficult because there are no objective biomarkers, it is based on symptoms, which typically need to be present at least six months, be more than would be expected for the situation, and decrease functioning.

Anxiety detection
Several generic anxiety questionnaires can be used to detect anxiety symptoms such as:

  • State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI)
  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD-7)
  • Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI)
  •  Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale
  • Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale.
  •  Other questionnaires combine anxiety and depression measurement, such as
  •  Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale,
  • Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS)
  • Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ)
Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS)
  • Examples of specific anxiety questionnaires include
  •  Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS)
  • Social Interaction Anxiety Scale (SIAS),
  • Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN)
  • Social Phobia Scale (SPS)
  • Social Anxiety Questionnaire (SAQ-A30).

Differential diagnosis

The diagnosis of an anxiety disorder requires first ruling out an underlying medical cause.
Diseases that may present similar to an anxiety disorder, such as
  •  Certain endocrine diseases (hypo- and hyperthyroidism, hyperprolactinemia)
  • Metabolic disorders (diabetes)
  •  Deficiency states (low levels of vitamin D, B2B12folic acid)
  •  Gastrointestinal diseases (celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, inflammatory bowel disease)
  •  Heart diseases
  •  Blood diseases (anemia)
  • Brain degenerative diseases (Parkinson's disease, dementia, multiple sclerosis, Huntington's disease)
  • Several drugs can cause or worsen anxiety
  •  Whether in intoxication, withdrawal, or from chronic use. These includes
  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco
  • Cannabis
  •  Sedatives
  •  Opioids (including prescription pain Killers and illicit drugs like heroin)
  • Stimulants (such as caffeine, cocaine)
  • Hallucinogens
  •  Inhalants.

Prevention

Edit

There is tentative evidence to support of the use of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness therapy.

There are no effective measures to prevent GAD in adults.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

CBT is a psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health. CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful cpognitive distortions (e.g. thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes) and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems

Treatment

Treatment options include :
Lifestyle and food
Therapies
Medication

Lifestyle and diet

Life style changes includes :

  • exercise
  • regularizing sleep patterns
  •  reducing caffeine intake
  • stopping smoking
  • Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (such as fish oil) may reduce anxiety.
  • Take food on routine time
  • Avoid spicy and junk food

Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a 1st line treatment and meditation are effective to managing anxiety disorder.

Medications

SSRI or SNRI are the 1st line choices for generalized nxiety disorders  (GAD).
They have to be continued for at least a year.
Stopping these medications results in a greater risk of relapse.
Buspirone and pregabalin are second-line treatments  who do not respond to SSRIs or SNRIs.
Benzodiazepines including diazepamAt and clonazepam are effective but have fallen out of favor due to the risk of dependence and abuse.

Medications need to be used with care among older adults, who are more likely to have side effects because of coexisting physical disorders. Adherence problems are more likely among older people, who may have difficulty understanding, seeing, or remembering instructions.

Alternative medicine Edit

Other remedies have been used or are under research for treating anxiety disorders.
As of 2019, cannabis is specifically not recommended as a treatment .
Kava is under preliminary research for its potential in short-term use by people with mild to moderate anxiety.
Inositol has been found to have modest effects in people with panic disorder or obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Children's

Edit

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a good first therapy approach.
Family therap is a form of treatment .
Art and play therapy are also used.

This is often most effective when the family of the child plays a role in the treatment.

So,  this anxiety is a new threat for life.
Though it's not a disease but it is a nursary of diseases. Don't let the nursary To grow because it will destroy our life
