It is also Observed that no one wants to gain weight and do alot of things to reduce or burn extra fat from the body.
The fat deposited in the body in form of " Cholesterol " ,
So let us know diagrammatic the patho physiology of fat formation and diposiion in the body as below :
The cholesterol forms in the body by two sourcies Endogenous and Exogenous.
Endogenous cholesterol is formed via intracellular synthesis while, Exogenous cholesterol is synthesised via Systemic circulation.
Saturated, Monounsaturated, Polyunsaturated fats and Cholesterol esters digested and absoarded in the proximal small bowl are reformulated and packaged into "Chylomicrons" by cells in the intestinal endothelium.
The exogenous lipoprotein system is responsible for synthesis, transportation , and catabolism of chylomicron particle and remnants.
This, chylomicron are primarily composed of fatty acid, cholesterol, and apolipoprotein that are obtained from diet.
These chylomicrons they enter in lymphatic system and travel through the body until they break down by enzyme lipoprotein lypase in the capillary beds to chlomicrone remnants, which are smaller and contains less fatty acids.
In addition to replenishing their cholesterol pools by taking up circulating lipoprotein from exogenous sources, cell can also synthesize it's own cholesterol via emdogenous pathway.
Excessive circulating LDL cholesterol will cause cholesterol disposition outside of the cell causing " forming, which Leads to (CAD) coronary artery disease.
This in endogenous pathway thee
Lipoproteins are involved LDL, VLDL and the third and imp. Lipoprotein involved in endogenous pathway is HDL.
So above mentioned are the fat formation pathway but what are the factors which cause obesity?
