Yes,dear Reader's it is fact that snoring is an alarm to Grave. Many of you got surprised that what rubbish I am talking about , I am snoring and still alive .

 I know many of family and my friends snores but they are still alive. As snoring has taken for granted and nobody takes it seriously, neither the person who snors nor their family members.

Because the person who snores unaware that he is snoring and disturbing the sleep of others. As the family member's got used to of this habit .
Our body is a Machine which works throughout the life without any manual instructions, and it also reqire some maintenance and for this maintenance if our body machine nature has instructed our body to have a sleep for maintenance , but we least bother to take proper sleep and as a result our body also reduces it's productivity.


  •   So, what SNORING, Is  ?  






  • Is it a disease or habbit or alarming signals ?


I may say it's an out come of our bad habits and it's an alarm to awake and protect our body.
Today  we are living in a mechanical era , and the Machine after a certain hours requires maintenance and it is done on regular basis for better productivity .

Basic unit of our body is cell and the food of cell is glucose and oxygen and oxygen reqired to the cell to boost the energy by removing toxins like carbon-dioxide.  Thus more oxygen is required to body cells to eliminate more carbon dioxide .

But because of our negligence , irregular resting  and awakening time , bad food habits, consumption of nicotine, liquor, and no time for exercise are the factors responsible for snoring.

                       

 Snoring is an unpleasant sound which occurs when a person sleeps down,  this sounds occurs because of any huddle to inhale the oxygen through nostrils and exhale carbon-dioxide through nostrils, and because of any huddle when carbon-dioxide unable to expelled out and oxygen unable to inhaled resulting vocal cord to produces a sound called  "SNORING " .


  •  How Snoring affects our health :-

Nature has created our body in a very organised manner and each and every function affects the another one,
and to work in a synchronised way our body has various system and every system plays it's role for proper movement and functioning of body.

Here we focus about respiratory system the the major organ is lungs and it's function is to purify the de-oxygenated blood and carry more oxygen in blood to supply to cells for proper functioning.

 Our Nostril is major sense organ which plays a vital role in this process. so if we do more physical or mental work then cells also have to work more and they require more nutrition in terms of blood and oxygen and vis a vis toxins like carbon-dioxide should also to be removed timely.

This can only happen when we give adequate time to get relax our body to sleep.
But by not doing so is a result that more toxins get starting accumulated in our body and which may effect and hamper other system and organ of our body Cells.

It has also been observed that many of drs when treat their patients on anxiety simply advises tranquilizers and after consuming the same patient had a deep and great sleep and patient feels calm and relax.
   

  • Types of Snoring :


Based upon the sound frequency it is classified as
1. Mild Snoring 

2. Moderate Snoring
 3. Severe Snoring
   


  • Mild Snoring :- 
 The frequency of sound is mild, which is affordable to others, and many of times it occurred due to seasonal change, Allergic Rhinitis or excessive physical work , and is temporary and gets off when the cause is cured,  but it became alarming situation when it prolongs.
A big agony is that in routine health checkup none of the physician ever asks their patients weather they Snors or Not.


  •  Moderate Snoring:

The sound frequency is more and loud of a person who snores and this person is habitual of snoring as the person regularly snores, he always feel lethazy ness,  Yawning every time, face looking tired, feeling lack of zeal and energy and in day day also feel to sleep, feel anxiety, depression, loss of labido, asthma, aging, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, loss of memory,  constipation, indigestion etc.  are the common out comes and these are one of the reason of diabetes, cardiac problem and mental problems.


  •  Severe Snoring 

The frequency of sound is so louder that none one can sleep in that room where the person sleep suffering from heavy snoring.  and this is the most alarming thing and it converts into " Sleep Apnea "
and these people had increased 80 % chances  of heart attack and 90 %  chances of paralytic attack, and this person may suffer from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's

  •   what may be reason and cause of SNORING ?

2.Sinusitis
3.Allergic Rhinitis
4.Asthma
5. Fatty Tongue
6.  Short and thick Neck
7. Alcohol
8. Cigarette
9. Chewing Tobacco
10.Aging
11. Obesity
12. Accumulation of fat in respiratory tract

13.Most important reason is life style .


  •  Demands of sleep duration at different age groups :

  • Baby : Baby's need 16 hours sleep 
  • Children : Children need 3-12 hours sleep
  • Teens : Teens need 10 hours sleep 
  • Adult's : Age 19-55 need 8 hours sleep
  • Old : Age old over 65 need 6 hours sleep


  •  Snoring at any age disturbs the sleep and disrupts oxygen intake. Lots of biological constructive activity such as growth, tissue building takes place during sleep.


All biological anabolic activities require oxygen as fuel and  "snoring " obstructs oxygen intake there by spells on anabolic activity , thus all ages group requires sound sleep without inborn sound.


  •   Snoring Is Curable ? 

yes, it can be cured through surgery , Meditation,by some life style changes , have to follow some rules like early to sleep, early to rise and there are a lot of Ayurvedic medicines which let you free from snoring .

So,  be alert and listen the alarming signals of your body as snoring is one of them.
