Sex is a sign of gender identity and it is decided by the nature. when you were born then Doctor probably assigned your sex- as Male or Female based on your sex anatomy.
But it doesn't mean about your gender identity. In some of theu people assigned sex and gender identity are same or in line with each other and these people are called Transgender. For an example, a person could be born with penis but identifies as female.
It is commonly divided into two categories

but there is one more category know as
- Sex organs or reproductive organ and sexual activity :-
A sex organ (or reproductive organ) is any part of an animal's body that is involved in sexual reproduction. There are two sex organs in all Male and females.
Internal sex organs also called as primary sex organ and external sex organ are also known as secondary sex organ.
The reproductive organs together constitute the reproductive system.
- Primary sex organs in animals
- Male sex organ is testis,
- Female sex organ is ovaries.
- The external sex organs – The genitals or genitalia, visible at birth in both sexes, and the internal sex organs are called the secondary sex organs.
Mosses, ferns, and some similar plants have gametangia for repuroductive organs, which are part of the gametophyte.
The flowers of flowering plants produce pollen and egg cells, but the sex organs themselves are inside the gametophytes within the pollen and the ovule. Coniferous plants likewise produce their sexually reproductive structures within the gametophytes contained within the cones and pollen. The cones and pollen are not themselves sexual organs.

Female sexual anatomy includes the vulva and internal reproductive organs like uterus and ovaries.
External parts of female sex organ
External parts are the parts remains outside of the body.
- Vulva is the part of female genitals present utside of the boy and Labia, Clitoris, Vagina opening, and the opening of urethra (the hole ).
- Vagina are just one part of the Vulva . The vagina has a lot more going on than just vagina. vulvas looks exactly the same as vagina but thay're made up of the same basic parts :
- Labia
labia majora (outer lips) and labia minora (inner lips). libia majora are usually fleshy and covered with pubic hair .
labia minora are inside the labia majora it begin at clitoris and end under the oprning to vagina.
labia can be short or long wrinkeled or smooth. Often one lip is longer than the other.
They also vary in color from pink to brownish black. The color of labia can be changed with age degradation. Some have larger outer lips than inner lips, and many have larger innner lips than outer lips . Both are sensative ,and swell when turned on.

- Urethra
- Vagina
- Anus
- Mons pubis

- Vagina
- Cervix
Cervix divides vagina nad uterus, located right between the two. It looks like a donut with a tiny hole in the middle. Its role is to connect uterus and vagina. It lets menstrual blood out and sperm in. Cervix stretches open (dilates) during childbirth.
One can feel cervix at the end of vagina when inserted fingers, or panis into vagina. Cervix Separates vagina from rest of the body.
- Uterus
The uterus is a pear shaped muscular organ about the size of fist. Its sometimes called womb because here a fetus grows during pregnacy. During sexual arousal, lower part of uterus lifts towards belly button. That's why vagina gets longer when its turned on and it is called "tenting".
- Fallopian Tubes
The fallopian tubes are a pair of narrow tubes which carry eggs from ovaries to uterus. Sperm travels through them to try to fertilizes egg.
- Fimbriae
The fimbriae look likes tiny fingures at the end of each fallopian tubes when ovary releases an egg, they sweep it into fallopian tube.
- Ovaries
During puberty, ovaries start to releases an egg each month. They do so intill menopause.
- Bartholin;s glands
the bartholin;s gland present near vaginal opening. They releases fluid that lubricate;s vagina to make it wet when vagina turned on
- Skene's gland
the skene's glands are on either side of urethral opening. They releases fluid during female ejaculation. They are also called paraurethral gland or female prostrate gland.
- Hymen
the Hymen is the thin, fleshy tissue that streatches across part of the vagina. Hymen vary a lot in how much the vaginal opening they cover and they can sometimes tear and cause bleeding .
- G spot
The G spot, or Grafenberg Spot is located on the front or belly button side of vagina. its a few inches inside the vagina. G-spot swells when you're turned on.
- Parts of male sex anatomy
The parts of male sex anatomy includes Penis, Scrotum (External male genitalia) and internal reproductive organs like testicles.
- External parts
Penis and Scrotum are two parts of male external sex anatomy.
- Penis
Penis is made of three layers of spongy tissue. When turned on blood fills these tissues. This makes penis get harder and stand up, Which is also called getting erection.
The average size of adult eract penis 5-7 inches long. The size of penis when it's flaccid dosent have much to do with its size when its hard. Some penis get nuch bigger when get hard.
Penis with foreskin are called uncircumcised as there is no any cut on forskin, and the penis having cut on forskin are called circumsied penis.
the panis having diffent shape and sizes but all penis have the same parts as :
- Glans
Glans id the head or tip of the penis. The opening of urethra is here. This is where pre-ejaculate and semen comes out of and its where you pee out of. It's very sensitive part of penis..
- Shaft
The shaft of penis extends from tip to lower belly. It looks like a tube.Urethra is inside the shaft.
- Foreskin
- the foreskin is a patch of skin that covers and protects the head of penis. When penis gets hard the foreskin pulls back and the tip is exposed. Sometimes foreskin is circumcised.
- Frenulum
The frenulum is where foreskin meets the underside of penis. It looks like a small V just below the head. Usually part of it remains after circumcision. It is very much sensative.
- Scrotum
The scrotum is the sac of skin that hangs below penis. Scrotum holds testicles and keeps them at the right temperature If it's too cold ,scrotum pulls testicles closer to the body. ?If it's too warm testicles hang away from body.
Scrotum is covered by wrinkly skin and hair, it can be big or small, have a little or a lot of hair, amd vary in color. Some people's scrotum is larger on one side than the other.
Scrotum is super sensitive, so any hitting or twisting is extremely painful.
- Anus
The Anus is the opening of rectum. The anus has lots of sensitive nerve endings, so some people experiences sexual pleasure from anal stimulation.
The Inner Part
The internal parts of male sex anatomy are made up of :
- Testicles
The testicles are two ball like glands inside scrotum. They make sperm and hormones like testosterone
- Epididymis
The epididymis is a tube where sperm matures. It connects each testicle to each vas deferens, and it holds sperm before
- Vas Deferens
It is a narrow tube that carries sperm from the epididymis to the seminal vesicles during ejaculation. There are 2 of them one connected to each epididymis.
- Seminal Vesicles
Seminal vesicles are 2 small organs that produce semen, The fluid that aperm move around in. They are located below the bladder.
- Prostate Gland
- Cowper's gland
The Cowper's glands produce a fluid called per-ejaculate or precursor. The fluid prepares urethra for ejaculation. It reduces function so semen can move easily .The Cowper's gland are under prostate and attach to urethra. They are also called Urethral gland.

why do we do sex
Scientists study why humans have sexual intercourse (it is good for you and good for the species) and how sex is driven by evolution, genes, emotions and more. There is also much to learn about the differing roles of men and women in the whole mating game. Yes, there's lots of science to explore. Not that an aphrodisiac isn't more fun.
