Dear readers the books title is work to jobless! But most of you will start thinking that what I am talking about? Work to jobless!! On contrarally we work to getting a job and to sustain our job we are working religiously. Yes dear readers it is a fact that we, work to became a, jobless person. A person can be jobless but it never be a workless. Thus prior to explaining the book title first of all we must should know that what is work? and what is job? Work is job or job is work. Or both are identical or two side of a coin.

There is a shloka in Sanskrit

" Udhyamen hi sidhyanti karyani na manorathe.
Na hi suptasya sighasth prayishanti mukhe mriga."

Means: You will get the things happen by working, and not by assuming or thinking only.

"Karmanye Vadhikaraste, Ma phaleshou kada chana, Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhurmatey Sangostva Akarmani " Ref.  Bhagavaf Gita, chapter In,  version 47
Means:
You have a right to perform your prescribed duty(work), but you are not entitled to the fruits of action (out put of work) the . Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty.
Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhur means, never to consider ourselves to be the cause of the result of our activities.This is right too, because when we consider ourselves to be the cause of the result of our actions, we will be tempted to be attached to that result. So when we do something we are not supposed to take the credit for the fruit of our action. We consider that it is our duty, so we did it.
Today how many of us really believes in this principle? What does this verse means to us today?

Means: You have to work without the greed of any result. Result is bound to come,  don't work by assuming the results, and don't work by preassumption of the wishful results only in favour of self only. What you think is good for self is not good for other.
" Work is worship ". As like we do worship with sincerity and as custom without breaking any concentration,  so do it is expected in our work.

We had listen a word "workman" but never had listened the word "jobman" instead we had listened "job seekers". Your work will get a job or you may loose your job, thus your job is depends upon your work. Either in getting or loosing a job only but you never be workless. Job is specific and time bounded but work is not bounded with a particular time. Work to be done for getting sucess, to prove our identity and recognition. Work is always associated with any appraisal, motivation, humiliation, criticism. Excessive or less getting of these may hamper your work which reflects in Your job and performance.

 Money in most of the cases is not involved with work. That's why it is an idiom in Hindi as
 " jaisi Karni waisi bharni "
means: " As you saw, so you shall reap" means you will get the result as, you had worked for it.  It simply means that you will reap as you had sawn. if you  are live you have to do some work,  work for self, work for others which includes our family, friends, and society.

Your evey work is having a deep relation and impact on others life directly or indirectly it may be positive or negative and the work done by others also having an impact on you and your life it may may positive or negative. It is an ambiguity that all of us only recognises and accridiate the work and the money earned by that work, which actually is incorrect. Actually we work to earn money, but if any one did some work and earned huge money then that work becames a trend. And people starts following that trend without knowing the work pattern and analysing himself that they are capable to perform that work or not. Every work is not suitable for everyone. As it is an idiom in Hindi as
 " jiska kam usi ko saje, koi aur Kare to danda baaje "
Means: "Every man to his trade"
but no body refers to it, and as a result of which they have to face so many problems, because everybody in this world is in the run of money only. Having only one concept that : come what may money should be earned.................
